8 am. Take the 5 Fwy to the PCH short freeway into Dana Point, go past the Arch, and go L at Dana Point Harbor Drive. Take second L into Puerto Place and park in metered parking, or park closer to the jetty and restrooms metered lot. Paint part of Doheny Beach or the views from the jetty.
