8 am .From the 5 Fwy, take Jamboree Rd. North until almost to Chapman Ave. Go Left at Canyon View Ave A block, the parking lot is on the left, opposite Old Camp Road.
$3 parking lot fee. Restrooms/portapotty.
Paint Lake views or hillside and trees, horse riding trails, etc.
