Crescent Bay Overlook, Laguna Beach. Take PCH into Laguna, Go S towards the beach at Crescent Bay Drive down tho the corner to the Crescent Bay Park, overlooking the bay from above. Restrooms down on the sand at the end of the ramp below—to reach, go back and go R, around to Cliff Drive to its end —park at the ramp and walk down to the beach.
