Rules
Register by July 6, 2024
All painting must be framed and wired for hanging. (No sawtooth hangers)
Only one artwork can be entered, frame size not to exceed 24 inches on any one side. Only paintings done in Big Canyon will be accepted. Map will be provided. Paintings must be picked up July 19, after the artist's reception. All artists who enter paintings are invited to the reception.
Sales for the Quick Draw Show will be handled by the NBC with a 35% commission to the NBC. 65% sales to artist. NBC will also collect and pay sales tax and send payments to artists 4 weeks after show ends or with Zelle.
Disclosure
Insurance is the responsibility of the artist. Neither Southern California Plein Air Painters Association, NBC, Muth Center, O.C. Parks nor any of their members will assume liability for loss, theft, or damage during all phases of this event. Artists participating in the Juried Show agree to allow Southern California Plain Air Painters Association and NBC reproduction privileges of the artist’s award winning art for purposes of education, fund raising, and publicity.
